Misfits’ Academy top laner Irrelevant would be part of LEC roster for Summer

Prepping for the upcoming 2022 LEC Summer Split, Misfits bring in their Academy top laner Joel “Irrelevant” Miro Scharoll to their main LEC roster. With one eye on the World Championship berth, Misfits Gaming is ready with another roster to take part in the Summer Split. The organization is thus moving their top laner, Shin “HiRit” Tae-min in the opposite direction and he would play with Misfits Premier in LFL. In the past few seasons, Misfits have been trying to create a powerful roster and has since brought in four rookies from ERLs. Irrelevant thus follows the path of Rising star mid laner Vincent “Vetheo” Berrié, jungler Lucjan “Shlatan” Ahmad and support Mertai “Mersa” Sari.

Misfits Premier finished fourth in LFL in spring with an 11-7 record but was eliminated from the championship race in the first round itself. This would end all speculations of LCS Spring Split MVP Park “Summit” Woo-tae joining the side for Summer.
