Team Heretics looks to bounce back in LEC Summer Split with revamped roster

Team Heretics, one of the most recent teams to enter the LEC, has altered its squad in preparation for the upcoming 2023 Summer Split. Heretics will keep their core lineup of Evi, Jankos, and Mersa while also recruiting former Excel mid laner Vetheo and ADC Flakked, who will make his main stage comeback. This is the first time that Heretics has made any type of roster change this year.

In their first season in the LEC, Heretics had several highs for the organisation but also a number of setbacks that made it challenging for the team to compete in the league. This was a season in which the entire structure of the European league underwent significant modifications. They had a terrible start to the Winter Split, but managed to get into the group stage before being eliminated.
