Bayern shut down Olise talk once again

Bayern Munich CEO Jan‑Christian Dreesen has firmly dismissed renewed rumours linking Michael Olise with a transfer to Real Madrid. Speaking at the Munich Press Association, Dreesen stated that the club “did not receive a single call, letter or fax” regarding the French winger, stressing that none of the reports were accurate. He reaffirmed that Olise remains a highly valued player and is not on the market, echoing recent comments from sporting director Christoph Freund.

Olise joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in 2024 for €60 million and is under contract until 2029. Despite whispers of a potential €200 million bid from Madrid, Dreesen’s stance appears definitive. Attention in Germany has now shifted to Luis Díaz, who has attracted a lucrative offer from Al‑Hilal worth €22.5 million per season. Bayern, however, refuse to consider a sale, with Dreesen insisting the club would be “fools” to let him leave and expressing confidence in the squad ahead of the new season.
