Dortmund rebuff Barcelona's opening gambit for Adeyemi

Barcelona have had their initial bid for Karim-David Adeyemi turned down, according to Marca. The Catalan club, working intensively to reshape the squad after announcing Anthony Gordon, submitted a €20 million offer plus performance‑related bonuses to Borussia Dortmund. The Bundesliga side rejected the proposal, holding firm as Adeyemi enters the final year of his contract and valuing him at a minimum of €30 million.

Despite the setback, relations between the clubs remain positive and negotiations are expected to continue. Adeyemi is a specific request from Hansi Flick, who knows the forward well from their time together with Germany’s national team.
