Getafe are pursuing a high-profile transfer strategy after securing Dani Carvajal’s arrival from Real Madrid, with Sergio Ramos and Dani Parejo reportedly emerging as further targets.
Carvajal left Madrid in June 2026 after 16 years at the club, during which he won six Champions League titles. His move across the Spanish capital was strongly backed by Getafe president Ángel Torres, who reportedly provided personal financial guarantees to overcome concerns about the defender’s salary.
The experienced right-back has already begun training with his new teammates and could make his debut against Rayo Vallecano.
Torres is now exploring opportunities to sign Ramos and Parejo as free agents ahead of the winter transfer window. Although coach José Bordalás would prefer additional attacking wingers, the club’s leadership remains keen to recruit established Spanish stars.
Getafe are targeting experienced reinforcements to boost their European ambitions, with the Conference League representing a potential route to greater international recognition.
