GODSENT marks an end to Day one of DreamHack Open June with a victory

DreamHack Open June North America kicked off yesterday and paiN, Party Astronauts, Extra Salt, and GODSENT were the winners of their group matchups. Teams are fighting for a playoff berth in the tournament, and four teams would fight to stay alive on Wednesday. GODSENT and Extra Salt make the news once more by taking down O PLANO and Triumph by 2-0. Epitacio "⁠TACO⁠" de Melo and co. found a win easily despite the technical issues.

Extra Salt on the other hand forced a comeback from a 4-11 deficit to win Dust2 and then win on Vertigo as well to seal a series win early. Felps was exceptional in the GODSENT’s win over O PLANO to post a 1.78 rating. In Group paiN took down Third Impact by 2-0 as well and silenced the North American side on Mirage then did not give them a chance on Nuke. Party Astronauts on the other side took three maps to find the win over RBG.
