Ashes 2026/27: England set for a landmark dual summer

England’s 2026/27 home season will open on May fifteen with a five‑match ODI series against Pakistan, followed by a one‑off Test against Bangladesh at Lord’s. The headline attraction arrives in June and July, when the Men’s and Women’s Ashes unfold concurrently, alongside fixtures for the England Men’s Mixed Disability team. 

The Men’s Ashes begins on June eighteen in Nottingham, with Lord’s, Edgbaston and the Utilita Bowl, hosting its first Ashes Test, completing the rotation before the finale at the Oval on July twenty‑nine. The Women’s Ashes starts with a historic Test at Headingley on June twenty‑four, followed by three T20Is and three ODIs. 

The summer also includes a full‑strength England Lions vs Australia match at Old Trafford, extensive white‑ball preparation for the 2027 World Cup, and Bangladesh Women touring for six games. The Oval will host the ICC World Test Championship Final from June nine to thirteen, marking another major highlight in a season designed to showcase every layer of English cricket.
