Pakistan have confirmed a three‑match home ODI series against Australia later this month, marking the visitors’ first bilateral 50‑over tour of the country since 2022. Australia will land in Islamabad on May 23 before the opening match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on May 30. The contest then shifts to Lahore, where Gaddafi Stadium will host the remaining fixtures on June 2 and June 4.
The series arrives at a crucial moment, with next year’s ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup prompting both teams to refine combinations and build momentum in the format. Pakistan swept Australia 3‑0 in a T20I series earlier this year, while their last ODI meeting on Pakistani soil ended in a 2‑1 win for the hosts in 2022. After the tour, Australia will continue their Asian schedule with six white‑ball games in Bangladesh, featuring ODIs in Dhaka from June 9 and T20Is in Chattogram from June 17.
