Super 60 draft stacked with global stars for season two

The Canada Super 60 draft for Season Two delivered a major influx of international talent, with Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, Colin Munro, Mustafizur Rahman and Jonny Bairstow among the marquee names selected. They join pre‑signed stars such as Sam Billings, Chris Lynn and Chris Jordan as six franchises completed their rosters for the T10 tournament, scheduled from September 29 to October 4 at BC Place in Vancouver.

The league’s second edition will feature Vancouver Anchors, Whiterock Warriors, Brampton Blitz, Toronto Sixers, Mississauga Masters and Montreal Royal Tigers. Additional overseas firepower arrived through Moeen Ali, Imad Wasim, Tom Curran, David Willey, Tymal Mills, Azam Khan and Andries Gous, while Canadian players including Saad Bin Zafar, Kaleem Sana and Nicholas Kirton were also prominent.

League partner Yuvraj Singh praised the blend of global stars and emerging domestic talent, noting the draft sets the stage for a bigger, more competitive season.
