Crystal Palace rally without Wilfried Zaha to win against Brighton

Roy Hodgson shared he can’t wait to have Wilfried Zaha back on the field in Crystal Palace’s jersey even after winning against Brighton without the star attacker. Eagles have been moving slowly without Zaha to support them having lost 18 off their last 20 matches and have gone without scoring even once in 16 of them this time around Crystal clinched the much needed three points with Jean-Philippe Mateta and Christian Benteke scoring with quality goals while Zaha has been ruled out of play since Newcastle match where he suffered a hamstring injury.

On the other side, Brighton huffed and puffed but could not get past Palace backline though Joel Veltman’s 55th-minute goal did give hope to Albion of a draw but Palace had their eye set on three points.
