One of the most notable players to break through Juventus' youth system and into the first squad is Nicolo Savona. Thiago Motta, who gave him his senior debut, is largely responsible for his quick ascent. The teenage defender was largely unknown outside the team prior to the previous season, but a string of cool, collected performances swiftly elevated him to prominence. In the first few weeks of the season, he even replaced Danilo.
Under current manager Igor Tudor, Savona has remained a key player, thus it would seem reasonable for Juventus to keep him on board as part of their long-term goals. But with several teams showing interest, his future is not totally assured. A number of teams have recently expressed serious interest in signing Savona, according to Tuttomercatoweb. Juventus is aware that a sizable offer may alter the situation, even though they have not added him to their list of players to be sold.
