Spanish press reported that French defender Ibrahima Konaté, a Liverpool player, has made a decision regarding his future, opting to move to Real Madrid in a highly anticipated step in the near future.
According to the source, Real Madrid's management is planning to sign Konaté for free in the summer of 2026, in the same manner they completed the deal for Trent Alexander-Arnold this summer.
Konaté's contract with Liverpool expires in June 2026, and the player has recently rejected several offers to renew his contract with the English club.
