Mauricio Pochettino has given the green light to let Cesar Azpilicueta leave

As a thank you for his devoted years of service to the team, newly hired Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has given the go-ahead for Inter Milan-linked veteran defender and Blues captain Cesar Azpilicueta to go for a little amount or perhaps for free. On Saturday, Pochettino will start serving as Chelsea's head coach. However, it's likely that the Argentine strategist is already occupied offering advice on transfer activities. In an effort to reduce down their overly large roster, the Blues have already dismissed and sold a large number of players, with forward Kai Havertz joining cross-London rivals Arsenal in a £65 million move.

Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly, and N'Golo Kante have all signed lucrative contracts to play for Saudi Pro League clubs, and Hakim Ziyech is expected to join them there soon. Mason Mount is also very close to joining Manchester United.
