Giannis settles in Miami

Giannis Antetokounmpo’s move to Miami has become far more than a blockbuster trade. It represents the beginning of a new personal chapter, reinforced by a major investment in South Florida. According to The Real Deal, the two‑time MVP has purchased a $13.5 million newly built villa in Pinecrest, one of the most exclusive communities in the region. The property spans nearly 1,100 square metres on over an acre, featuring eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a media room, a guest house and a private pool with jacuzzi. In a curious twist, the home sits directly opposite the residence recently listed by Tyler Herro, one of the players involved in the trade.

After thirteen seasons in Milwaukee, Giannis appears determined to establish a permanent base in Florida. Despite physical setbacks last year, he still posted dominant averages of 27.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists. Now wearing Miami’s number 7, he aims to lead the Heat into a title‑driven era.
