Aduana Stars midfielder Elvis Opoku ruled out of AS Vita clash
Midfielder Elvis Opoku has been left out of Aduana Stars squad for the CAF Confederation Cup match with AS Vita Club due to injury.
The player after suffering a setback in the first leg match in Dormaa last Wednesday could not make the trip with his side due to a suspected knee injury.
He has hence been replaced by Noah Martey who also missed the team’s first leg match due to accumulated number of cards.
Aduana Stars are expected left Ghana on Friday morning for the big game in Kinshasa.
The Ghana Champions are bent on recording a good results to keep their chances in the group alive.
Elvis Opoku’s absence could be a blow for the Ghana giants having played a key part for the team so far in the competition.
