34 years old and still at the very highest level. For the second time in his career, Alexis Sanchez has joined recent Champions League finalists Inter Milan on a one-season contract until 2024.
The Chilean left Inter in 2022 after two seasons with the club, winning Serie A as well as the Italian Cup and Supercup. "El Nino Maravilla’s journey is resuming in Milano with Inter," said the 'Nerazzurri' in a statement presenting the player.
"109 appearances, 20 goals and three trophies in Nerazzurri colours. These are numbers that Alexis Alejandro Sanchez will be looking to build on now that he’s officially an Inter player again," reads the statement released by the Italian Club.
Joaquin Correa's departure for Marseille facilitated the arrival of the former Barça player, who scored 18 goals in 44 games for OM last season.
