Real Madrid’s striker returns to play

When it was confirmed that Jude Bellingham, Kylian Mbappe, and Brahim Diaz were all healthy and would be eligible to play against Getafe, Real Madrid exhaled with immense relief. After experiencing pain during the midweek UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool, the three underwent medical testing today to rule out any injuries. The results showed that they were all healthy and ready for the match this weekend.

Furthermore, important striker Rodrygo Goes returned to full training with Real Madrid today, giving them yet another welcome boost. After suffering a hamstring injury in the match against Borussia Dortmund last month, Rodrygo was unable to play in the Clasico versus Barcelona. After a quick recovery, the 23-year-old forward returned to action against AC Milan, but he sustained yet another muscle injury during the match against CA Osasuna. It is unclear if he will return this weekend against Getafe.
