Sampaoli wants Nasri to feature against Juventus

Without yet knowing if French midfielder Samir Nasri will be able to completely recover from his injury to face Juventus, manager Jorge Sampaoli expects good news in the upcoming 24 hours. The Frenchman has become the best player Sevilla has, giving the club a whole new dimension regarding the attack and creativity in the squad. His arrival has been perfectly timed and has been a great deal of level boost to the squad.

Sampaoli told the press that: "We will evaluate Nasri in the next few hours. Today he trained much better than yesterday. If he is well, our idea is that he will play. However, we will take into account that we have to face more matches and against Lyon we have another opportunity to qualify."

About the result he expects after playing against Juventus, Sampaoli added: "We don't think about a draw. We want to take the game to them. Juventus are dangerous at counter-attacks because they have fast players and are strong in all facets of the game. We have to press them to inconvenience them."
