The Gunners could potentially recover some money from outgoings after strengthening several positions. According to Tuttomercatoweb, AC Milan has contacted the Gunners in the "last few hours" about defender Jakub Kiwior's availability.
The Poland international was targeted by the Rossoneri for a potential loan deal, but Arsenal has stated that they will only consider long-term offers. Milan considers Arsenal's €25–30 million assessment to be "very expensive." The Gunners have also been contacted by Crystal Palace, although they are not considering making an offer. After playing second fiddle to Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba in the centre of Arsenal's defence, Kiwior wants to feature regularly in the first team. Mikel Arteta, the manager, still views him as a key player, and it seems doubtful that Arsenal will lower their asking price for the 25-year-old.
