After spending the first night in Brians 1 prison, located in the municipality of Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in Catalonia, Dani Alves returned, on Saturday, to respond in court, following the case in which he is accused of sexual rape.
However, the audition will not have gone as it was supposed to, since, according to information published by the Spanish television station TV3, the Brazilian international will have already presented three different versions of what happened on the night of December 30th.
The player will have started by claiming that he did not know the woman who accuses him of having raped her, in a disco located in Barcelona. Then, he confessed that he knew her, but that nothing had happened, and, finally, he stated that she had been the one to promote the contact.
The judge in charge of the case accuses the 39-year-old right-back of contradicting himself.
