Ahmed Musa scores brace against Barcelona

FC Barcelona played a new friendly match during this pre-season with Leo Messi as the leader once again. They managed to defeat Premier League champions Leicester City with relative ease and even got to see how Luis Suarez scored an amazing solo goal against the Foxes. The Catalan club managed to also leave the impression that youngster Munir might be the club's answer to the striker they need after all as he scored a brace against Claudio Ranieri's team.

But perhaps one of the most surprising moments of the whole game was the brace that Nigerian striker Ahmed Musa scored against Barcelona. Ranieri was in awe with his first goal which came after an incredible run from midfield in a physical potent showcase of his full abilities. All the Foxes' players and the fans went nuts after the first goal, during the second one which put things in a little bit of suspense, Musa proved that he will be Vardy's companion on the attack.

If he keeps this level during the first half of the season, we could be looking at a potential revelation for the Premier League this season. As far as Barcelona is concerned, they are still looking for a striker but they don't really need one with Munir scoring so many goals this season. Leo Messi is the same as ever and he is looking very sharp in this new position as a midfielder, he will give a plethora of assists this season.
