Arsenal Aim for “New Heights” with Zubimendi Signing and Title Ambitions

Arsenal’s 2025–26 campaign is being driven by the theme of “new heights,” a phrase already echoed by defender Gabriel Magalhães and manager Mikel Arteta during preseason. It’s a carefully chosen message—less direct than “finish first,” but with the same intent, as the only step up from three straight second-place finishes is winning it all. The club leaned into the symbolism with their away kit launch at NOVA Rooftop in Singapore, the country's highest bar.

While fans await striker Viktor Gyökeres’ drawn-out transfer from Sporting CP, excitement has grown over the £51 million signing of Martín Zubimendi from Real Sociedad. Arsenal are especially proud of securing the midfielder, having beaten out Liverpool, Manchester City, and Real Madrid for his signature. His arrival brings fresh belief that this could finally be the season Arsenal turn promise into trophies.
