Arsenal have 11 days left in which to complete any late deals

Mikel Arteta has been holding his cards close to his chest, which has allowed Arsenal to keep their powder dry during the January transfer window thus far. Over the winter, the Gunners have had difficulty getting victories; since early December, they have only won one of their past seven games across all competitions. There are still 11 days left in the mid-season window for them to conduct business, but Arteta and sports director Edu don't seem to have been motivated by that run of bad performances to act right now.

If Arsenal is to continue to push Liverpool and Manchester City for the Premier League championship, a lot of commentators have stated that they need sign another striker. The issue is that there are currently not many good goal achievers on the market. But as the Gunners are working to secure those currently on file, there's an interesting potential solution to consider in the newest speculations.
