Arsenal is reportedly one of the teams considering a move for the former Manchester City winger, Leroy Sane, whose contract with Bayern Munich expires on June 30. Bayern Munich is trying to get the winger to sign a new contract, while Arsenal is apparently interested in landing him on a free transfer. Sane has not yet made a choice on his future as his contract expires on June 30.
Josh Kroenke, the club's co-chairman, has promised to support Mikel Arteta in the transfer market as Arsenal looks to add attacking depth this summer. Having won the Premier League twice while playing for Manchester City, the 29-year-old has a wealth of experience in the league. Additionally, he collaborated with Arteta at City, where the manager of the Gunners served as Pep Guardiola's assistant for almost three years. But according to the report, Bayern has now presented Sane with a better contract offer in an attempt to keep him.
