Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta is keen to rebuild his squad

As Mikel Arteta seeks to recoup part of the £50 million spent on signing Brighton defender Ben White, Arsenal still has a handful of players they may dispose of this summer transfer season. Arsenal will try to recoup some of this money through player sales, and there is no shortage of players expected to leave the club this summer. A handful of first-team stars' fates are still uncertain, but they may be addressed soon.

Besides, Lacazette's contract at the Emirates expires next summer, and there has been no hint that a new agreement is on the way. As a result, the French striker could be traded this summer to stop the 30-year-old from departing for free. Arsenal shattered their club transfer record in 2017 when they paid £46.5 million for the former Lyon forward, though he will not command anything near to that sum anymore.
