Atletico Madrid defeated their rivals Real Madrid 1-1 on Sunday thanks to a goal from Marcos Llorente in the 93rd minute. In order to preserve Atletico's slim title aspirations and prevent Los Blancos from taking a bigger advantage over Girona in second place, the Spain midfielder salvaged a point.
