As part of a player swap arrangement this summer, La Liga powerhouse Atletico Madrid has been given the opportunity to recruit three Juventus players. according to Mundo Deportivo, which cited La Gazzetta dello Sport, an Italian publication that offered insight into the matter on Tuesday.
According to rumours, Juventus is hoping to sign Nahuel Molina, a standout for Atletico, this summer. The Argentine international has been identified as the perfect profile in the ongoing hunt for reinforcements at right-back. Unwilling to meet the price-tag set out by their counterparts at the Metropolitano, however, the Bianconeri brass have been obliged to get inventive with their efforts to land Molina. ‘Juventus have proposed including players as part of the payment, such as Dusan Vlahović, Nico González or Weston McKennie.’ As of this moment, despite prior links with attacker González, Atléti are not understood to be interested in any such exchange.
