Talks between Palmeiras and the Spanish powerhouses have accelerated in the last few hours, according to Brazilian journalists Diego Firmino and Felipe Lemos. In order to give the 19-year-old more playing time, Barça has already proposed a deal worth about €12 million (£10 million) plus bonuses, with the intention of starting him with their B squad in early 2026. Despite Palmeiras and Abel Ferreira's lack of enthusiasm, the plan is reportedly appealing to Benedetti's entourage.
