Barcelona is reportedly interested in Aleix Garcia. The defending La Liga champions are looking to add a midfield player before the summer transfer window opens. Additionally, they think they can execute a low-ball deal with Girona as well for €14-15 million. Aleix Garcia joined Girona from SD Eibar and quickly made a name for himself as one of La Liga's top midfielders.
The 26-year-old has played a major role in Girona's ascent over the past 18 months, helping the White and Reds emerge as unexpected La Liga championship candidates. He has made 28 La Liga appearances thus far this season, with three goals and six assists. A number of top teams have taken notice of Garcia's development while he has been at Girona and Barcelona is eager to sign him during the summer transfer window.
