Barcelona Target Signs with Rival European Giant

On Thursday, a player who had been linked to a move to Barcelona in La Liga signed a contract with another of the top teams on the continent. The player? Tah Jonathan.

Naturally, for a number of months now, the name of stopper Tah has been very noticeable in the news about Barcelona. This comes after the Bayer Leverkusen star began talks with the Camp Nou management about a summer free agency transfer before to the end of his contract at the BayArena. An deal between the parties was reportedly almost finalised at one stage. But in recent weeks, rumours started to circulate that Tah was becoming agitated because his move to Barcelona was not being formalised. As said above, a lot of things have led to the German international transferring his skills elsewhere on Thursday.
