Brace by Havertz helped Chelsea win over Fulham

Chelsea climbed up a 2-0 win over the London rivals Fulham FC on Saturday at the Stamford Bridge. This was made possible by the brace scored by Kai Havertz. In the initial 10 minutes, Chelsea had the lead when Mason Mount brought down the long pass by Thiago Silva and then Havertz set up as the opener. The net was scored in each half in the initial few minutes as they closed in the top 4 finish for the English Premier League.
After the game, Havertz said that this win was very crucial for the team and that this was their goal being fulfilled when they reached the top 4. Chelsea remains in 4th place in the Premier League table and had moved 6 points clear off its closest rival West Ham United.
