The Portuguese Bruno Fernandes, captain of Manchester United, confirmed his determination to continue with his club, putting an end to the rumors that recently linked him to a move to the Saudi league, and affirming his desire to continue his career within Europe.
During a press conference he held with the Portuguese national team before the match against Ireland in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Fernandes appeared confident and reassured about his future, explaining that he is very happy at "the Red Devils" and is not thinking about leaving at the moment.
The Portuguese star smiled and said: "No one knows what will happen tomorrow, but I am very happy in Manchester, and if I weren't, I wouldn't have stayed this long. My complete focus is on giving my best for the club."
Despite being 31 years old, Bruno remains one of the club's most prominent symbols.
