Bryan Mbeumo fires two goals and assists in one to help Brentford win 4-2

With a 4-2 victory over Brighton, who saw Jan Paul van Hecke stretchered out due to a head injury and Joao Pedro sent off, Brentford secured their first Premier League victory at home since December. Bryan Mbeumo, who scored two goals and assisted Yoane Wissa in another, was the driving force behind the Bees' triumph. The winger, who now has 18 Premier League goals this season, put on a brilliant display.

Danny Welbeck tied the score for Brighton at the conclusion of the first half, but Brentford appeared to be winning handily at 3-1 until Joao Pedro was sent out for aggressive behavior following a confrontation with Nathan Collins. Christian Norgaard's goal in stoppage time gave the home team the victory. Brentford's prospects of making it to Europe are maintained by the outcome.
