Press clarified that both players have shown a strong desire to join Chelsea during the current transfer period, amid increasing interest from the London club's management in acquiring young talents to strengthen the team's ranks for the new season.
The source indicated that Dutch defender Jorell Hato, a player for Ajax, has already reached a complete agreement regarding personal terms with Chelsea, while negotiations for signing Simons, a player for Leipzig, have reached an advanced stage.
Direct negotiations are currently underway between Chelsea and both Ajax and Leipzig to finalize the financial details of the two deals, as the English club aims to complete the signings as soon as possible.
