Chelsea has been handed an injury boost as the injury updates of full-backs Reece James and Ben Chilwell stay on track. Blues have slumped even since coming back from the Christmas break and boss Thomas Tuchel would treat this as good news and stay hopeful that Chelsea could take the title fight to Manchester City.
Ben Chilwell was ruled out for a major part of the season after his surgery while James suffered from a hamstring tear and was marked for return in February. The defender duo would offer Chelsea much-needed support as they slipped 12 points behind Citizens. A photo of the fullbacks was released on social media with the title 'Fullback gang on the mend' as they head hope to return to action soon. Chelsea has failed to post a win without James and desperately awaits his return.
