It is reported that the Blues have zeroed in on Dário Essugo, a young defensive midfielder from Sporting CP, who is currently on loan at Las Palmas. Recognized as one of the most promising talents in his position, he has already drawn comparisons to Casemiro due to his aggression, strength, and significant influence in the midfield.
The London club is prepared to table an offer around €25 million, but will wait for the player’s return to Lisbon before making their move. Stamford Bridge, however, is not the only suitor: Real Sociedad, West Ham, Bournemouth, Borussia Dortmund, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Napoli are also closely monitoring the progress of the 19-year-old prodigy.
