Clement Lenglet is still making an impression at Atletico Madrid. Barcelona's 29-year-old has no future there, and the Catalan powerhouses are prepared to pay a premium for him during the summer transfer window of 2025. In the meanwhile, the Colchoneros are prepared to spend between €8 and €10 million to get the unpopular defender on a long-term contract the next season.
Since joining Atletico Madrid on a season-long loan from Barcelona in August 2024, Clement Lenglet has had a significant influence. With the deal with Los Rojiblancos, the Frenchman left Barcelona for the third time in as many seasons. The 29-year-old has made an impression whenever the chance has arisen, despite not being Atletico Madrid's clear first-choice center defender. Lenglet has contributed two goals and accumulated over 1,000 minutes of playing time in 13 appearances across all competitions.
