Conte won't get in the way of Terry's England return

After England coach Sam Allardyce confirmed last week that he will attempt to bring John Terry to play for him, it's clear that Big Sam will sit down with Italian manager Antonio Conte and try to talk about the situation. But Allardyce forgets that Conte was also a national team manager, the Chelsea boss is aware of how much the national team coach struggles every single day to get the players he wants for the squad.

For this reason alone, Antonio Conte won't get in the way of John Terry's more than likely return to international football for England. Actually, Conte will encourage his skipper and get him as fit as possible in order to represent the Three Lions at the top of his form. After Chelsea's League Cup 3-2 victory against Bristol Rovers, Conte was questioned about Big Sam's words and agreed it would be great for his club and for England if Terry returns to represent his country.

He said: "I'm a former international team coach so I know this situation and prefer it to be solved between Sam Allardyce and John Terry. That's the right way. John Terry has a great attitude during training and is working very hard. I'm very happy with his commitment. But for the international team, it is very important for it to be solved between Sam Allardyce and John Terry."
