In a few years' time, it will be hard to remember how Endrick overlooked Mbappe and Vinicius to score his first Champions League goal for Real Madrid, but the record will stand the test of time. The Brazilian striker scored the 3-1 in favour of 'Los Blancos' in the victory over Stuttgart.
Already in the final minutes, he made a powerful strike to beat the goalkeeper of the German team and enjoy that first great moment in Europe. One that is doubly rewarding.
Endrick snatched a record from Real Madrid icon Raul Gonzalez: that of being the youngest scorer in the Champions League in a Real Madrid shirt. He took away that feat almost 30 years after the Raul Gonzalez Blanco, former Madrid captain, achieved it on October 18th, 1995. It was against Ferencvaros in a 6-1 win.
