It seems that Manchester City are finally beginning to find their feet this season after an abysmal start to the season as the defending Premier League champions sit sixth in the standings with just 10 wins in 20 league clashes this season. As such, the eight-time Premier League champions are looking to improve their squad this January and have three major targets in their sights.
As for international press, Manchester City have noted Palmeiras' Reis as a 'key target' for the January transfer window and have already opened talks with the player and the club's entourage. As per the report, City have prepared a bid worth €40 million as Palmeiras have previously rejected lower bids from other clubs.
Guardiola's side are also keen on signing Eintracht Frankfurt's in-form forward Omar Marmoush and Lens centre-back Abdukodir Khusanov this month and have already held in-depth talks regarding the two targets.
