Galatasaray join list of hopefuls for James Rodriguez

James Rodriguez is one of the many players who will be free at the end of this season. The Colombian has still not reached a deal with Olympiakos to renew and his future is unknown.

The Greek club's board want to renew the ex-Madrid player, who has managed to get back into some good form recently and has been able to get back to where he was.

James is happy in Greece and has the managerial team's backing, who quickly made the player a permanent feature of the squad. The striker is not ruling out the possibility of signing on and continuining for another season.

However, in the last few hours, 'AS' have confirmed that Galatasaray, one of Turkey's most powerful clubs, are desperate to sign the Colombian star from next season.
