Giacomo Raspadori's goal in the 89th minute moved Napoli to the top of Serie A

Raspadori scored the game-winning goal in the final minute of a stalemate at the Stadio Maradona, putting Luciano Spalletti's side one point ahead of Atalanta. Raspadori was one of three acquisitions made by Napoli shortly after the season began, and the 22-year-old started in place of the injured Victor Osimhen, scoring his first goal for the club on his second appearance after joining on loan from Sassuolo.

The last-second victory at the Diego Maradona Stadium lifted Napoli to the top of the Serie A rankings, one point ahead of Atalanta, who can retake the lead when it faces promoted Cremonese on Sunday. Spezia also had chances, as Napoli's center-back Amir Rrahmani had to clear a shot off the line amid confusion in the defense. Napoli's next Champions League match is against Rangers on Tuesday.
