With the help of Alexandre Lacazette's 150th goal for the team, Lyon survived an early own goal to draw 1-1 with Nantes at home in the French league. The first heartbreaking goal for Lyon took place when Mostafa Mohamed's third-minute attempt was blocked by Lyon goalkeeper Remy Riou, but the ball struck central defender Claudio Lukeba and went in.
Later, in the 24th minute, former Arsenal attacker Lacazette tied the score with a beautiful goal after holding off defender Nicolas Pallois. This season, Lacazette has scored 21 goals in 28 games. He's up to second on Lyon's all-time scoring list since rejoining the club. Yet in a setback for coach Laurent Blanc, he left the game midway through Friday's second half with an injury that was not immediately clear.
