Inter Milan Post €33.9m Surplus After Busy Summer of Transfers and Loans

During the summer transfer window, Inter Milan worked hard to get closer to Serie A champions Napoli. The Nerazzurri reported a healthy-looking €33.9 million surplus from their recent transactions, according to Calcio e Finanza via FCInter1908. Over the summer, Beppe Marotta had a lot on his plate. The Serie A runners-up from the previous season were busy on both the incoming and exiting fronts, in fact. They never lost sight of their long-term plan, though. Petar Sucic, Luis Henrique, Ange-Yoan Bonny, Andy Diouf, and Manuel Akanji were all signed by Inter.

However, a number of the club's periphery players left. Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic were, in fact, among the first to bid San Siro farewell. Then, Mehdi Taremi, Nicola Zalewski, Aleksandar Stankovic, Tajon Buchanan, and Martin Satriano were sold by Inter. Additionally, Valentin Carboni, Sebastiano Esposito, Kristjan Asllani, and Benjamin Pavard went on loan.
