Julen Lopetegui wants a reunion with Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri

With little over a year left on his current deal, En-Nesyri has been a target for the Hammers at the London Stadium for a number of years. En-Nesyri, a 26-year-old international from Morocco, was a teammate of the new West Ham manager while he was at the La Liga team, so the Spaniard would be happy to have him back.

En-Nesyri, who has 17 goals this season, is seen as a valuable asset by Sevilla; nevertheless, the prospect of playing in the Premier League, a potential pay boost, and the opportunity to work with Lopetegui once more might sway the striker's opinion. With numerous long-time players nearing the end of their contracts and an aging squad under Lopetegui, West Ham will have a busy transfer window ahead of them. One of them is Michail Antonio, whose current contract ends this summer.
