Juve could be out of Serie A after "the toughest and most serious investigation"

There are problems, huge problems in Italy. Juventus is facing a few difficult months at a sporting level, but especially in terms of office after the resignation of Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved and Maurizio Arrivabene.

It was recently learned that the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office proposed the indictment of Agnelli, former president of 'Vecchia Signora', and ten other members of its board of directors.

The problems stem from financial irregularities during the pandemic period, from 2018 to 2020. The undue collection of commissions and the recording of fictitious capital gains tax are also being investigated.

"This investigation is perhaps worse than that of Calciopoli, because the case is a crime, that is, the violation of stock market rules, commercial and sporting rules includes an unprecedented series of illegal behaviors," said lawyer Mattia Grassani in declarations to 'Esporte'.
