Lazio have yet to receive a concrete offer for their defender Mario Gila

The Spaniard caught the interest of various suitors around Europe with his spectacular performances with the Biancocelesti. After Dean Huijsen's move from Bournemouth, the prospect of returning to Real Madrid diminished, but other teams, such as Paris Saint-Germain, have surfaced as possible destinations.

The recently crowned European champions haven't made a bid for Gila, though, and we can reveal this exclusively. The Parisians haven't even asked if the defender is available. Gila still has a market in Europe, but there is currently no indication that PSG is interested in him. However, as Maurizio Sarri's second reign will heavily rely on his defensive connection with Alessio Romagnoli, Lazio will be eager to retain his services for the upcoming campaign. Remember that Real Madrid has a 50% sell-on fee as well, so Lazio would only agree to sell Gila if they received a huge offer they couldn't turn down.
