In the early going, the vivacious Taty Castellanos was intimidating the Como defense, and in the 28th minute, the Argentine scored the game's first goal.
After VAR gave Alberto Dossena a penalty for handballing in the box, Castellanos scored from 12 yards out. Replays showed Dossena using his outstretched left arm to block a headed cut-back from Castellanos, so even if Como head coach Cesc Fabregas made a dissatisfied face on the touchline, the Spaniard had no complaints. Pedro received a superb cross from Nuno Tavares into his stride and then fired a left-footed goal past Emil Audero to increase Lazio's lead just four minutes later. After the interval, Como needed something exceptional to get back into the game, and Luca Mazzitelli delivered, creating what is sure to be a contender for goal of the season in May.
