Lazio are eyeing reinforcements at full-back, with Nuno Tavares' future uncertain, Elseid Hysaj and Adam Marusic aging, and Luca Pellegrini struggling with discipline issues. According to Il Corriere dello Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi), the Biancocelesti have identified Junior Firpo as a target, largely due to his expiring contract. The 28-year-old played a key role in Leeds United’s promotion-winning Championship campaign but is unlikely to stay at Elland Road.
Firpo is also attracting interest from other European clubs, including Milan and Atletico Madrid. The Dominican left-back began his career at Real Betis before securing a move to Barcelona in 2019. However, he failed to establish himself at the Camp Nou, making just 41 appearances over two seasons. Firpo could offer experience and quality to a Lazio side in need of fresh options on the flanks.
