Manchester City set sights on Flamengo's young talent Wesley for €30M

This strategic target has been identified as a top priority by manager Pep Guardiola, who is keen to inject fresh talent into his squad.

The 21-year-old Wesley is already turning heads with his standout performances, which have earned him two caps for the Brazilian national team. Known for his robust physical presence and remarkable crossing skills, Wesley is under contract with Flamengo until December 2028, with a price tag of approximately €30 million. Manchester City is reportedly prepared to meet this valuation, recognizing the unique qualities honed in the competitive arenas of South American football.

The battle to sign Wesley is intensifying, with Premier League heavyweights Chelsea and Arsenal also expressing keen interest. Determined to stay ahead of the competition, Manchester City is working diligently to secure a deal before their rivals can pounce.
